Information we collect
When you request an appointment, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, tattoo description, reference image, selected service, date and time. If you voluntarily submit the separate client registration form, we also collect the identification, health and consent information entered in that form.
Why we use it
We use this information to schedule and manage your appointment, communicate with you, prepare for your tattoo project and maintain studio client records.
Studio emails and offers
Promotional emails are optional. We send studio news, available dates or special offers only when you select the marketing consent checkbox. You may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect your appointment.
Where information is stored
Appointment details are stored in the studio website database and Google Calendar. Reference images are stored in a private Google Drive folder controlled by the studio. Client registration forms are stored in the private website database and are available only through the protected studio administration area.
Basic visitor statistics
The website assigns a random visitor identifier so the studio can see approximate unique visitor totals for the day, week, month and all time. It is used only for aggregate site statistics and is not combined with the health information in a client form.
Access and correction
You may ask to access, correct or delete your client information, or withdraw marketing consent, by calling Montreal Tattoo Studio “Owl” at 514-815-3727.
Retention and protection
We limit access to client information and retain it only as long as reasonably needed for appointments, studio records and legal obligations.
